How to Make the Most of Online Workouts
When you are on the road or if you had to work late and couldn't get to your training session or local gym, there is always the option of using online workouts. While this may not be an ideal scenario for OCR training (yes, we offer that too), it is a great way to keep your fitness program on schedule, and a good way to keep healthy when your world doesn't exactly align with your fitness routine.
There are a few things to know, however, to get the most out of online workouts. One of the first things you might experience is the lack of atmosphere, your trainer's voice pushing you, the music playing in the background. While you can't get your trainer there, you can mock that atmosphere, all the way down to the music and your preparation.
There might also be an issue with focus because your living room or that hotel room isn't necessarily built for training. Make an effort to do your online workout when there won't be interruptions, and make an effort to eliminate other distractions as well - for many of you, that means turning off your phone.
