Our calisthenics training programs are for people of all ages. With clients ranging from 8 years old to 80 years old, we aim to develop the functional body you deserve. M.I.M is not just for athletes, it's for anyone looking to improve their health and well being, feel better, move better, get stronger, build or acquire a skill. We combine yoga and calisthenics to offer a unique and customized program. 

My programming can help busy professionals obtain their goals in a safe and efficient manner. Everyone's daily activities effect them differently so they should be addressed differently. Whether it be errands or a career your body will require self care in the form of physical fitness and MIM delivers that with a caring and educated approach. Each workout is written specific to the client to ensure the individuals goals are being met.

As a former personal trainer myself, training with Patrick has changed my approach to fitness a lot. I was bored with the weights, circuit, or HIIT workouts that I had been doing since football workouts in 8th grade. I wanted something that would be different and interesting and that's what I get every time at MIM. My flexibility has improved, I can do calisthenic skills I never imagined being able to do, and I have learned a great deal. The workouts have helped make me a better athlete for Spartan Races, running and just playing pick up basketball.

1 on 1 training

  • Single Session- $80.00

  • 6 sessions- $420.00

  • 12 sessions- $780.00

  • 24 sessions- $1,440

2 Person training

  • Single session- $55.00

  • 6 sessions- $330.00

  • 12 sessions- $660.00

  • 24 sessions- $1,320.00

Per Person

Notice:

Payment must be received before session is performed.

MIM accepts cash, check, or credit as forms or payment.

 

There is a 3% service charge for all credit card transactions.

A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for all cancellations, for the consideration of all clients and the MIM staff.​

Subsequent no-shows can result in the forfeiture of your training sessions

PT sessions can be scheduled up to 2 weeks in advance.

All personal training packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date and there will not be any refunds past 30 days.
