StrongFit Foundations: Online Personal Training Program

This online personal training program is tailored to your specific goals, providing monthly programming to eliminate the guesswork and guide you toward the progress you desire.

You will have a coach to hold you accountable so you will stay on track and keep focused even during your busiest times because failure happens in isolation and I’ll never let you feel alone. I will be there every step of the way to make sure you don’t quit even when you feel like giving up.

You and your coach will connect every week through a video call check-in so you can have the support you need to stay on track. You’ll receive custom data-tracking spreadsheets that will track your progress every step of the way.

This training can be completed from the comfort of your own home, removing the need to be present in the gym. If you have a gym membership and enjoy going to the gym you can get your workouts to take to the gym and put in the work with some of your favorite equipment.

My number one goal is to improve your quality of life. I want to make your life better by helping you with one or more of the following things.

  • Improve your overall health to feel better and live longer

  • Build strength so you can have independence and do what makes you happy

  • Increase flexibility and mobility because you deserve to feel good
