AcroYoga

AcroYoga, or Partner Acrobatics, combines circus arts, cheerleading, yoga, dance, and gymnastics to form a challenging and fun way to work out with one or more people. In this section, you will find videos that will take you from a complete beginner to a more comfortable intermediate practitioner. There are plenty of drills and calibrations to do with your partner that will help build the strength and communication of your partnership. Always use a spotter when possible.
